Highlights
- This warbird is the last and most advanced T6 model of the T6 family, the T-6G. This very one is a rare T-6 aircraft not worn out by the Algerian conflict and not dismantled for storage and reassembled from multiple airframes. It has served both for the U.S. Air Force and the French Army.
Exterior
- Fully repainted in 1988, the camouflage is inspired by that of the 3rd Fighter Squadron of the AVG (Flying Tigers), whose emblem it also bears. The roundels are more or less those of the post-war USAF. This livery was applied for the needs of the filming of the movie "Après la Guerre," in which it briefly appears alongside its brother in arms, the F-AZAS.
